Big Changes Coming to Vape Laws in Texas (Effective Sept 1, 2025)

Starting September 1, 2025, a new law in Texas (called SB 2024) will change what vape products stores like ours are allowed to sell.
We want to be upfront with our customers so you understand why some products may no longer be on our shelves.

What’s Changing?
The new law bans certain kinds of vapes in Texas. This includes:
Vapes with hemp-derived cannabinoids (like Delta-8 or THC vapes).
Vapes with child-like packaging (cartoons, candy, or toy designs).
Vapes shaped like other objects (pens, USB drives, lipsticks, etc.).
Vapes made in or marketed from China (unless they’re U.S.-filled nicotine vapes that follow the rules).
What’s Still Allowed?
Nicotine-only vapes that are filled in the U.S. and have adult packaging.
Other hemp products like gummies, tinctures, or topicals (not inhaled).
Medical program products under Texas Compassionate Use Program.
Why This Matters
This isn’t us changing—we’re following state law. We’ll still carry plenty of great options for wellness and relaxation. But some vapes you’re used to may be gone after Sept. 1.
Quick Summary
Aspect | Banned After Sept 1, 2025 | Allowed (If Compliant) |
